Whether you want to rent this for Holidays or not, you will most likely need someone who can be available on the ground for the various tasks to maintain your Property. This is where we come in.
As we have personal knowledge of all the villas and apartments, we are able to provide a very personal service for our Clients. This includes dealing with all bills, provide a first class maid service, maintain swimming pools and gardens.
We can also now arrange for special birthday and anniversary packages, i.e flowers, a special cake, balloons or a basket of fresh fruit to be put in the apartment on your arrival as a surprise. In fact, if there are any additional requirements you may have - all you need to do is ask.
There are many areas where we can help - for instance since 1992 all non-resident Property owners are required to appoint a Fiscal Representative and have their details registered at Hacienda (Tax Office). Although this is now not mandatory, it puts the burden onto the owner to deal with all correspondence in Spanish with the Spanish Tax Office and complete the annual tax return.
